Clarion CCA748 Hands on resurch

Features

Overview: You can transfer audio/video from select iPods and iPhones to your Clarion in-dash multimedia headunit using the Clarion CCA-748 connector cable. Control of your iPod or iPhone is transferred over the cable's USB connection, while audio and video are transferred over a composite video and stereo RCA connection. Video can only be displayed while the vehicle is in park (the unit will display "Audio Only" when your vehicle is in motion). The cable will also charge your iPod/iPhone when connected to your compatible clarion headunit and the unit is on.
Clarion Headunit Compatibility: The CCA-748 is compatible with select Clarion in-dash multimedia receivers (2009-up) and CD receivers (2011-up) that are "Made for iPod/iPhone" compatible and feature a USB port and AV input.
iPod Compatibility: The Clarion CCA-748 is "Made for iPod/iPhone" compatible and support the following iPod/iPhone model features when connected to a compatible Clarion in-dash multimedia receiver (as of June 2011):

Note: Apple iPod/iPhone software updates may change functionality results. If you download a newer software version, you may need to reset the headunit and your iPod/iPhone to regain functionality. If this doesn't work, you may need to revert to the older software version or wait until a newer software update is available.
